Butterflux is a future co-creation type design agency for companies and businesses that focus on the value of the user experience and aim to create innovation, contribute to people and the global environment, and transform society through the power of design.
When you think of design, many people think of graphics, products, or other forms of creative work, but we are engaged in design activities in a broader sense. This is because the processes of researching global trends and needs, expressing abstract concepts in easy-to-understand words and images so that they can be understood and shared, clarifying goals and visions, and considering and organizing what should be designed and developed and how, all contain areas where the power of design is needed, clues to problem-solving, and signs of innovation.
At the same time, in the development field, it is also necessary to have the ability to reliably turn what is envisioned into an attractive form. We have a long history of experience in fields where analog and digital are deeply integrated, such as home appliances, games, automobiles, and IT services. We will accompany our customers and provide full support throughout the entire process, from the upstream phase to post-launch operation.
Origin
of the Name
The company name "Butterflux" is a combination of "Butterfly" and "Lux", meaning "shining 🦋". It is said that innovation occurs at the intersection of three areas: Business, Technology, and Design. Butterflux's activities are centered on Design, so the left wing represents the Business area of life, society, and economy, the right wing represents the Technology area that has contributed greatly to the evolution of civilization, and the main parts are placed in the center, creating a motif of a butterfly flying toward the future while maintaining a good balance between the left and right.
